I'm made up of mostly water
I'm made up of mostly water, and if I'm calm enough, I'll be able to see my muscles and bones. I think I'll keep my stress if that's the case. ๐Ÿ˜‰. In all seriousness, I liked where this one was going until it started talking about my muscle and bone. I'm sure there was a point to that, but I felt we were going a different direction, and then they ended it with that part.

Like the sensation of a bristle breeze that unexpectedly gives your body goosebumps my mind felt as tho the water stirred by wind suddenly refreshed my mind, instantly like goosebumps to the reaction of the breeze my anxious thoughts were made steady and I am free.

this felt so much longer than it actually was. lot was just goin down and then did this, feel so much more relaxed.

This meditation brought back a memory from years ago when I visited a tide pool in S. California. Little sea creatures clinging to rocks, the ocean water gently washing over them. The little creatures just swayed back and forth with the current. Thatโ€™s a vision I will use, along with the breath, when I need a little break. Very comforting and relaxing. This is a great meditation!!! Thanks. โค๏ธ๐ŸŒท๐Ÿ™
