Exhausted due to work. Causes poor habits with skipped exercise, staying up too late and sleeping in. No walks. Work stressing me out and throwing me off and my life balance.
I can’t let work ruin my life and allow me to derail my day habits I need to stay happy, focused and in balance.
Staying on track
I noticed blockages coming along. I was on track I was finally doing better however I fell back into old habits. I’m no longer the person who I was yet my actions say otherwise. Seeing the way I have fallen off my path helps me to see what needs to change and how I will better myself down the line. There’s only up from here and if I stand back to take a look I’ve actually accomplished a lot despite my trauma, I’m truly a warrior. Although I may not be where I want to be currently with my physical accomplishments what I have accomplished emotionally and spiritually I’m very proud of.
