So often in life, we encounter daily stress and pressure which build in our minds and bodies. We can be so overstimulated our mind never rests and we can struggle to fall asleep or just relax. In this meditation, we take time to let things be as they are. Not trying to change anything just allowing and learning to let be and let go.
