Where do you feel stress in your body? Maybe it's an anxious feeling in your stomach, tightness in your shoulders or back, or a headache. For me, it's pain in my jaw. Stress is a normal part of our day. We all experience it. However, we don't often have time to process stress and emotions as they arise. We end up pushing them down and moving on with our day. It's when we don't circle back and release some of this stress that we start to feel it build up in our bodies. In this breathwork exercise, we will use a tri-active breath pattern to assist us in moving stored stress, emotions, and energy out of our bodies. It's safe to breathe, it's safe to feel, and it feels so good to let go.
