This visualization meditation will help you to let go of past and future baggage, especially events that have taken place but you find hard to release. It may be anger, resentment, or sadness. Being in the present moment means being non-judgmental, non-reactive, and bringing acceptance. It may take a few more meditations before you could completely forgive and let go.

Suitcase Visualization
The visualization was effective... I️ would have appreciated some pauses with silence for room to go deeper, as it was a lot of talking for ten straight minutes. Other than that I️ enjoyed the focus on “flowing with time” and being here, now.

Letting go & wondering off 🌅🌻
I enjoyed letting go of the past and the future by visualizing them as suitcases that I could just set down and walk away from. But sometime after I did this my mind wandered so far away that I left this meditation session behind and missed major portion of it. I realized this toward the end and came back to it, I am still very satisfied with this meditation session and will probably go back to it again sometime. Thanks

Ultra effective
This was a wonderful exercise, though I tweaked it so I kicked those suitcases off the cliff. Very liberating to feel it slipping out of your grasp.

Move Forward 🧘‍♀️
Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If, in our heart, we still cling to anything - anger, anxiety, or grudges and even possessions - we cannot be free. Unless you let go, unless you forgive yourself, unless you forgive the situation, unless you realize that the situation is over, you cannot move forward.

I need this a million times over. I wasn’t able to listen all the way through but I want to come back and do this meditation. Sometimes when I download them and favorite it doesn’t work so I’m just doing this as an additional precaution.

Let Go
NOW is the key word in this meditation. It is so easy for me to get caught up in the “if onlies” and “what ifs”. Thank you for your gentle guidance 🙏

Lighter
I felt lighter as I released the luggages and just focused on where I am now.
