Emotions can be painful, difficult, hard to digest. Living with those emotions can complicate and make harder our life. These days we need to acknowledge them, but also we need to let go. Let me guide you then in this journey to recover and find a way to live lighter. Practice it for at least 7 days in a row and share it with someone who might need it.
