This intermediate-level meditation focuses on the breath and letting thoughts and emotions go. Very helpful as a daily meditation practice. Great for soothing anger, anxiety, and sadness. Repeated over time, we'll learn how to interrupt rumination, and become less reactive and more balanced and peaceful.

Decent sleep
I don’t think I learned anything, because I fell asleep within a couple of minutes. A full 8 hours of sleep!
