Unfortunately my days are full of things that I need to deconstruct and evaluate. And at some point I just need to let go in order to move on. I need to re-center in order to move forward. I need to let go of this analysis in order clear a path. This meditation helps me do just that.

Gotta Learn To Let Go
I recently just broke up with my ex-boyfriend. This breakup literally gives me crippling anxiety and fear to the point where it makes me sick. We go to the same college which makes things even worse. This meditation taught me to let go of the past and that I deserve a break from all the heartache and sadness and that I am going to be okay!
