Body Self-Image
Wonderful, revealing meditation. I learned that I have different feelings for different parts of my body, some positive but some negative. And it felt wonderful to apologize to those I judged negatively, especially in light of the loyal duties and everyday roles and work that that play and do. Has to be truly self-healing. Thanks so much for this meditation. The only thing I would ask for is to slow the pace of your delivery... I think that would help me to relax even more!

I have paid little attention to the amazing job my body has done. I have paid more attention to all the difficulties or what i viewed as problems I have lead an amazing life and my body has been with me through it all. I’ve never thought of that
