Learn to accept yourself and your situation fully. By softening the body, you can melt into releasing, therefore inviting in acceptance. Acceptance of all your flaws with an understanding that they are there to learn from; using affirmations to reaffirm.

Loving this meditation....
I was truly enjoying this and then it just abruptly ends. Is there a reason for that? Is there a way to continue past 3 minutes?
