Focusing Inward
This is a great meditation to help reconnect and ground yourself by focusing inward on your breath. Continuing to cool down after an intense workout, I sat outside in my backyard on another beautiful afternoon for this session. My mind was a blank canvas which I had no problems making my breath the main focus. As I continued focusing inward, I could feel my heartbeat slowing down back to its normal rhythm along with feeling relaxed.๐Ÿ˜Œ
