We all need a support team around us. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have a close family, which is a sad reality. But if we surround ourselves with friends, or people we can trust, we can learn from those around us and take the positive - learn from the negative. It’s all about deciding which information and support is right for you as an individual. Can be difficult to sort out the right information we take from our relationships, but it is possible when we ask our Higher Power for help.
In my moment
I just realized in this moment i miss the happy-no worries-quirky-goofy-hippie girl I used to be. I want her back
Body release
I began sitting, but then laid down to get more comfortable. Perhaps because of the shift 1/3 of the way through, my body didn’t really sink down to relax until 2/3 through. I felt like I was holding so much tension. By he time it stopped, I was just getting comfortable.
