Imagine myself
I imagine myself as a babysitter or a child care teacher again is what makes me happy ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I love working with children infants and toddlers are the best ones . I feel more comfortable doing that than anything else.

Our reality is governed by the thoughts we choose to entertain. One word stands out in that sentence. Choose. So, the first step in manifesting the life of our dreams is to become mindful of the thoughts we are having. Because our body and mind are connected, we can realize our thoughts by checking in with how we are feeling in our body. If we feel defeated, we can go back in time and recall the thoughts we were just having. Once we are aware of the thoughts we are having, we can begin to change them or what I like to call, flipping the script. One great way to do this is through positive affirmations. These statements counteract our self limiting beliefs and allow for self affirming beliefs to take hold. Looking into our eyes in the mirror as we say positive affirmations to ourself is a powerful practice. Choose love based thoughts over fear based ones and we will begin to live the life beyond our imagination! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ
