Little Lexi
I learned that my child self in all her forms and various ages - appreciates the person I am now. That means I do appreciate myself, I do find myself worthy. Sometimes I’m clouded by perception. I also have to admit that I fall into self fulfilling prophecies. Changing my mental and loving and embracing my authenticity will help me more than anything.

Blissfully happy
I was most free at the ages of 4 to 5 maybe 6. Then things became a little more difficult, a little more negative for me. But I was blissfully happy when I was 4 and 5.
