Very often we get lost in our minds and we get distracted by negative thinking that in the end will become in action. This is a practice called "Neti, Neti"; " I am not this or that." The purpose is to become aware that I am not any of that. I am not my ego. We will cultivate detachment of what is happening right now in my mind and what I am identifying with that can arrive in different forms: feelings, emotions, memories, body, gender, profession. If you want to start the day calm or if you feel overwhelmed this is a practice for you. With love, Cata.

The observer
I am not chronic pain or depression. I am the witness. Thank you so very much!! Because I am also a Teacher, and while I will never be rich I in material things, I am wealthy because my life is full of honor and respect. I am ‘Teacher’. Life is good. I AM NOT PAIN!!!

I learned
I learned that I can separate my feelings from actually what’s happening. At least I’m working towards it. Each moment one day at a time. Stepping into newness.

Who am I?
I am not the physical body. I am not thoughts. I am not emotions. I am the observer of all. I easily melted into this beautiful meditation. I liked taking a step back from the body, thoughts, and emotions to just observe. To think about myself as separate from my body, thoughts, and emotions made many things I've learned on my journey make sense. Wonderful.
