It’s ok to let go
I realize that I don’t have to do every single step of my morning routine to have a “successful” day. It’s ok to let go of some things. It’s ok if I don’t do my meditation for a day. It’s ok.

I am autistic and am yet to learn the public transportation system here so, I take a transportation van to important doctors appointments. It is unsafe and unreasonable the amount of time any of us needs to be in the vehicle. I am grateful that I can get to appointments but, there is a better and less stressful way to go about this. Breathing exercises help center and calm me. Also, advocating for humane treatment for us all is in my wheelhouse. Being spiritual doesn’t mean you have to take substandard treatment with a smile!
