Self Awareness

This is the day your life really begins.”-Bob Moawad This quote perfectly describes this session about self growth which is a life long journey. When we are on this journey, we become more self aware of our thoughts, actions, feelings, and reactions. We become more honest with ourselves. We stop making excuses and blaming others when things do not work out for us. When we take accountability for our life, we have control over how we want to feel and show up. Meditation is one great tool to help us along this journey of self awareness.
