Holding Presence
In this life coaching wisdom session, Dorothy gives us a tool we can use anytime we feel overwhelmed by thoughts or emotions; hold presence to what is and allow it to reveal its beauty. Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to my heart and watched as my body breathed. I sensed a calm like none other begin to arise. Allowing presence to reveal beauty to me, I opened my eyes. Green grass glittering in morning dew illuminated my eyes. I tasted a sense of freshness in the air as a gentle breeze brushed my skin. My ears became filled with the memorizing music of cicadas in the trees as my nose smelled dampness in the air. Holding presence, I am in awe of the beauty that surrounds me.
