Realize that Joy IS possible in all moments.  Joy is possible as you seek it; as you allow it to be present IN THIS MOMENT.   In this meditation, be reminded of what brings you joy; and how you can cultivate joy in the present moment as your natural state of being.  (A very powerful way to approach joy as what we are!)
