So important
I struggle a lot with worry and anxiety. I have all my life but the pandemic has probably pushed me over the edge. Avoidance is the way! But I realize that’s just not all that helpful. The ways we avoid the anxiety is to do things that might temporarily hide the anxiety (social media, doom scrolling, etc.) but then it’s still there). So that’s the habit I want to work on breaking. How? Much to learn. Ugh.

I learned how self love and care needs to be done first in order to change any of my habits that don't line up with what I need and want for my inner self.

I learned that I switch from good habits to bad in an eye blink. I’m into my elder years and still return to the same unhealthy behavior of my youth. And I spend energy on covering up so friends and family don’t know.
