I struggle a lot with worry and anxiety. I have all my life but the pandemic has probably pushed me over the edge. Avoidance is the way! But I realize that’s just not all that helpful. The ways we avoid the anxiety is to do things that might temporarily hide the anxiety (social media, doom scrolling, etc.) but then it’s still there). So that’s the habit I want to work on breaking. How? Much to learn. Ugh.
