Hello. Welcome to this mindfulness audio. Mindfulness is a practice of intentional and non-judgmental present moment awareness.
Being present is at the core of mindfulness. And it has many benefits from less stress to better focus to not missing out on chunks of your life by spending too much time thinking about the past and the future.
