Feeling better.
I learned that sometimes rather than focusing on being happy, it's okay to just "feel a little better right now". I really like this. We don't always feel like being super happy! I totally get this. We just don't want to sink into despair. We simply just want to be. Just be. It makes perfect sense to me to try to do something, anything, small or big for ourselves. To feel a little better. It can be a tiny little thing. But it matters. That is comforting to consider and think about. ๐Ÿ˜Œ
