Family: I felt sad when speaking with CS about the effects my suicide attempts had on Jessica and Caitlin. I felt especially sad about how my actions affected Jess. I pray one day soon we reconnect.
I learned that suicide is not the answer. Dealing with life's challenges is a more healthier way for myself and the people I love.
