Wonderful.
I learned that whatever I experience during meditation is ok. I donโ€™t need to judge it or struggle with it. I can just gently bring my attention back to the moment, my breath, and my heart. ๐Ÿ˜Š

When he said to feel your heart I couldn't feel anything I moved around and touched everywhere else but I couldn't find anything I didn't like not feeling my heart it makes you think where is.

Pausing
I really like the pausing in this meditation. It allowed me to truly focus on my heart space and I could feel my heart rate slowing slightly. It didn't interfere with my normal breathing. I normally don't like to feel my heart beat, but I am learning to have gratitude for this wonderful organ that I take for granted. Thank you. โค๏ธ๐ŸŒท
