What does "Healthy Habits" mean? Surely all habits can be seen as vices, behaviors that we are stuck in, or cycles we can't break. In this context, we can look at habits as 'Supportive' and Unsupportive'. Unsupportive habits are detrimental to our health, well-being, peace & happiness. Commonly these habits may bring instant gratification or a temporary response sensation, but they may not be all that helpful in our longer-term fulfillment. Supportive habits are the actions & behaviors we consciously choose in order to be more healthy, mentally, physically, and emotionally. This could be changing our diet, our habitual thought processes, and our social actions like smoking or drinking... We have the power to choose & the power to change.
