We can use affirmations to help us eat mindfully. Any positive change in our eating habits will result in a healthier body and mind. Speaking aloud or in your mind will influence you to make these changes over time. It will take perseverance and patience because these small changes take time to grow and become fruitful.

Being aware of what you eat
I learned that not being mindful of what you eat and how you feel after is key. When eating healthy have the focus and energy to accomplish what I need to do for the day. Eating bad makes me feel sluggish lazy and none productive.
