This meditation starts with an introduction, a mini mindfulness practice, then we drop into the affirmations for this session. These affirmations are for you and your body. This is a deeper acknowledgment. A wiser, kinder, and more compassionate acknowledgment of the mind. And you don’t have to do anything but allow the affirmations to do their thing. You can repeat them if you wish, but you may just want to allow them to be gently absorbed into your subconscious.
