Taken aback
As I was listening, I was thinking this would be good to share with my 14yr old son. But then halfway through she uses the phrase, “I Fckd up!” Wait, what?? Not very professional. All those good ideas canceled out by a poor choice of words.

You need to keep an open mind firstly because yes she used the term “fucked up” however she has very good key points and self help tools. Good luck my friends!
