Sleep accounts for around a third of our existence, making it a regular and vitally important part of our lives. It has immense physical and emotional value yet is largely overlooked, other than perhaps trying to get 8 hours of sleep. When we dream, we enter an altered state of consciousness where we can access the subconscious mind. Our intention for this meditation is to guide ourselves gently into sleep with positive feelings and words which will penetrate the subconscious mind to help us feel peaceful, empowered, and blissful.
