Philosopher & Meditation Guide
This quick exercise will help you to ground in moments when you feel panicky, anxious, or scattered. You can do it standing up or sitting down, anywhere and anytime you feel uneasy. If you suffer from panic attacks or other disorders of the nervous system, this exercise can be helpful when you notice that you are feeling triggered, or when you are worried that you are about to feel triggered. Repeat the exercise as many times as you need to feel fully grounded.

Easy grounding
Thank you so much for this simple exercise that really works. I wake up every morning with anxiety and am prone to panic attacks so Iโ€™m looking forward to incorporating this into my mornings as much as possible. It will also be good to keep in mind throughout the days in case I start feeling on edge.
