Multiple studies now show that practicing gratitude helps your wellbeing and can lower stress levels. This meditation guides you through a simple gratitude practice which can help you to feel a sense of calm and contentment. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used along side therapy to help to support you. For more on Carla-Jo and her work please see

Grateful for awareness
As I was being guided through this meditation, something was said in a way that triggered a troubling emotion for me. What I am grateful for is that I was aware of it and was able to set it aside momentarily and then deal with it objectively at a proper time.
Gratitude Meditation
I am thankful for many things in my life but, I don’t always show my gratitude. I want to learn how to show my gratitude daily and without extra effort.
To always remember that family, love and happiness comes first no matter what. Never lose perspective.
Gratitude Meditation
My mind wants to keep lookout for my heart center. I focus on my center and have to keep telling my thoughts it’s OK to let go and come back to the center. Nice to know my mind ‘has my back’. Namaste
Gratitude Meditation
My sense of gratitude makes me feel the light within. I suppose I place a lot of importance on this; attempting to make sure strangers and more intimate people in my life know I appreciate them and hoping they reciprocate that gratitude either to me or pay it forward. As long as there's a genuine smile in the departure from either party, u feel that same light.
Mindfulness for Wellbeing
I meditated about gratefulness of the family that I have. I pray and hope for everyone to enjoy each other’s company and communications. Wishing that I can help to fill each members heart full of love and gratitude.
Opening up to gratitude
I found myself thinking of things that I would never in the past have associated with gratitude so I found this a really rewarding meditation.
Sense of Warmth
It was wonderful to be still & feel a sense of warmth when thinking of things I am grateful for
Sometimes we take our luxuries in life for granted. Instead of being sad I have learned to focus on all that I have to be grateful for. My health, my family, my friends. These amazing things we have in life greatly outweigh all of the negative.
Pause and reflection
Within 3 minutes of sitting with intent to breathe and think about something happy, it feels as if some weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The weight of my day has been heavy. It feels good to have stopped for a few minutes.
Filled with thanks to be in out of the cold. Thinking about all those who are not in a warm place.
