Gratitude
There exists a practice, that if done on a regular basis, can and will have the ability to change our entire perspective on our life. This practice is called gratitude. In this meditation, we explore this practice and it’s effects on our body.
Going inward, I felt the sensations that were always changing in my body. Bringing to mind things I am grateful for, I immediately felt a spark of happiness rise in my chest. Bringing to mind people and pets I am grateful for, I immediately felt that spark of happiness turn into a warm flame of love within my heart. After thinking of everything I am grateful for, I relished in these feelings of appreciation and soon felt them spread throughout my entire body. Feeling the warmth from this flame of love and appreciation flowing within my body, my energy has increased tenfold. Because I love this energy, I will continue to practice gratitude.
Adopting a gratitude practice, we go from a place of lack to a place of abundance. Coming from a place of abundance, we align ourselves with high vibrations, where the door of opportunity is always open!
