Carrying gratitude throughout the day
I learned how gratitude doesn’t have to be attached to one single thing. Breathing in gratitude allows us to be mindful and grateful of what we have and let’s us seed gratitude into other people’s lives as well. These 3 minutes will change your outlook and I look forward to doing more of this practice.

Grateful - one fantastic way to start each day.
This session was really good! I haven't always expressed gratefulness - but, I certainly do now. God demonstrated his incredible Loving Kindness by helping me through a life threatening medical condition recently. I saved this meditation because it is how I want to begin each day; it is how I want to live the rest of my life. I get up early in the morning and spend quiet time with God. I am so grateful for that! Grateful for everything HE has blessed me with - my wife, my 6 children (5 on earth) my 8 grandchildren (6 on earth) my extended family, my job, my friends, my church family... so much be thankful and grateful for! I'll wrap it up with: Psalm 107:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for HE is good; his love endures forever. God Bless You All.

I'm the last year I have learned to love myself and let go of the things that were toxic in my life! Since then, tremendous joys have came into my life 💕 this meditation reminded me to reflect and be thankful for all the gifts that have been given to me! Noting that Thanksgiving Day is only 2 days away - I am Thankful for this meditation & Aura in general. I am truly Thankful that For being able to Choose my Attitude at any given time. I Choose to maintain an “Attitude of Gratitude” throughout the year because it just makes sense. Our thoughts are vibrations and what we put out we get back, so I Choose to put out Grateful ones! And I am amazed how much God & the Universe always give back to me which makes me even more Grateful. Great cycle to be in!

I realized that all of this time, I haven’t been letting myself feel love and gratitude because I didn’t deserve, didn’t let myself deserve it. But I do, and I am so so grateful for all of the blessings in my life: my family, my friends, my school, my teachers, my home, my town, my life, my talents, everything. Gratitude is powerful if you let yourself deserve the love you are given, because in reality, life is not fair even though all humans in this world are equal, so we treasure the gifts we are given, no matter how little, how plentiful, etc. Be grateful for the world around you and truly enjoy the love you give and receive, because you never know when it can all be taken away from you in a heartbeat.

Gratitude is so important.. I practice it everyday. This mediation session was one of my favorites for that reason. No matter how much you practice there is always room for growth and improvement though. This was a great reminder for me. I’ve been going through a lot of major life changes and some very difficult times.. I’m just at a season right now where a lot of things are challenging and difficult and not so great. So doing this and practicing gratitude is very important and a must especially in the difficult times in life. No matter what there is always something to be grateful for. I really needed this, I’m so grateful for these mindful moments cause without them I wouldn’t be sane. Great way to end my night! 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼

Today I am grateful for
Today I am grateful to be awake and alive and breathing. Today I am grateful but I can see my bedroom in which I am writing this. I am grateful that I can hear the sound of the wind outside . I am also grateful that I can feel the warmth of the boat house end of my bed protecting me from the outside elements of the weather. I am grateful for all five of my senses sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. I am grateful for the fact that my parents support me, and continue to push me to be the best version of myself. I am grateful with the loving relationships I have with them as well as with both of my siblings. I am grateful for the fact that nobody breaks me laugh harder than my siblings and that we share many joyful experiences. I am also grateful to be a triplet I could not think of a pair of individuals I would rather share my birthday with and my siblings I am grateful for the many friends who have been with me for the best and worst times of my

Having an Attitude of Gratitude is a learned habit that anyone can develop. It is fairly easy - it just takes time & practice & mindfulness. She says something like “Gratitude is the fruit of a mindful practice” - I love that thought! I believe Gratitude is a natural outcome of making a thoughtful decision to look below the surface of appearances to see the Truth. We all need to learn to see the real Truth of things. For example, One Truth is God & His Universe are all about promoting more life to all things. He wants us to Become more fully expressed in our own unique way. We are all different, on purpose!! No one is really better or worse than anyone else. But all are needed for The One to be completed. Thus, we should be grateful for both our similarities & our differences! And above all we should be especially Grateful for a friendly Universe that wants the Best for each & every one of us, at all times! I am very thankful for this in all its wondrous forms - the air, the sun, the rain, the mud, the flys ... all of it, is for our long term good! Have a Grate-full day my friends! ❤️🙏🏼🍀

I learned that gratitude is something that can put struggle into perspective. It’s too easy to forget in moments of hardship and stress that there is still so much to appreciate around me. I have to remember that I am still grateful for whatever has brought me to the Place I’m at, and the people who surround me. I’m not alone ever, and I’m grateful for even just that. So many people have only themselves to rely on. But I appreciate the support that is unconditionally granted me each and every day. Namaste!
