Sidetracked
Like Kate, I too kept getting sidetracked with thoughts. Learning to acknowledge and quiet this ever present mind noise is a challenge.

Thankfulness
There are more things to be thankful for, even when itโ€™s in the morning. The rain is soft, I have the means to sit and finish some work thatโ€™s due this week, I am thankful for a patient Husky that loves and entertains the animals and children, and a partner that means the entire world to me is just one room over snoozing because itโ€™s the start to his weekend ๐Ÿ–ค

Stressfulness
I can't seem to relax today. Audrey didn't finish her homework this weekend, she didn't sleep at all last night & she didn't go to school today! Aaahhhh!!!! I'm at wits end. I keep trying to relax, but unfortunately I can't....but I am going to keep trying until my headache is gone, I'm not angry anymore & I am relaxed!!!!

Today is the day.
I would definitely be a lot more happier if I could get this depression under control. Hopefully, today is the day that I can. I'm definitely going to try to contain my depression and anxiety, and try to get rid of it. I hope it works.

Listing gratitude... without trying
In a calm, relaxed state, I was able to list many gratitudes that were simple, yet at the same time powerful because I know at least a thousand people in this world donโ€™t have it. The quiet sound of nature, my home, the warm radiant sun, even some things about me... that makes me unique as a person. In a way, it was also thanking many things... that I hope and believe everyone in the world will have someday. :)

Maybe a little more guidance needed
I found that this meditation had the potential to be good but I felt that it was left very open to interpretation by the listener. I think that I needed to be walked through the way to manifest gratitude more.
