I was relaxed and in a good position for this one, but it didn’t do much for me. Any mediation makes me relaxed and this one did just that, but it was too loud of a voice and I couldn’t do much with it. It went a bit too fast.

Sometimes we are not aware of how great our life is that we totally forget to give thanks for the positive things/people we have in our daily life. Take a moment to give thanks for them and try to appreciate each moment you spend together.

I have so much to be grateful for that when I’m anxious like these last few days, i don’t think they’re worth thinking about. I’m wrong. So many good things happen in my life that these thoughts running through my head are a total waste of time and take away from me enjoying my life!!

I couldn’t complete this meditation. The woman was mumbling so difficult to understand. Quite irritating. I can easily count things for which I’m grateful today. Just not this.

I truly have so many amazing things in my life that I am blessed with each and everyday. I need to remind myself to focus on these things and not take them for granted as I far too often do. A lot to be thankful for
This wasn’t the traditional meditation I was looking for, but I was pleasantly surprised with the find. I really don’t spend enough time being thankful. It was nice to think about all the things I’m blessed with. I appreciate all that I have. These were only ten things, but I could go on. I also enjoy the guide’s voice and pace.

I take so many things for granted and don’t appreciate all the good things in my life. It was nice to remember the good things that happened today even though it just seemed like a stressful day at the time. Doing this every day would be so helpful for positive thinking.

I found this meditation while I was feeling impatient, frustrated, and tired. Then I shifted my awareness to my breathing, and I easily named 10 wonderful people and things from today for which I was grateful. I realized I was happy, smiling, and so very lucky. My whole attitude and mood shifted to the positive abundance in my life. Thank you.

I learned that just because nothing particularly good happens in the day, doesn’t mean it was a bad day. I often take for granted that I am fortunate enough to be in school, have food to eat every night, friends who care about me, etc.

I noticed what I’m most grateful for are the people in my life. I also noticed what I’m usually focused on is the next task and hurrying up to get everything done at the end of the day and starting to think about what I have to do tomorrow, instead of just relaxing and enjoying the moment for what it is. Man I’m always stressing 🤬😩🤦‍♀️
