Welcoming Joy
This morning I woke up feeling sluggish and meh ๐Ÿซค. Taking a few deep breaths while doing a body scan to recognize how I was feeling without judgement, I began to feel calm and grounded in the present moment. Joy can be found in the simplest pleasures throughout our day. My 1st sip of coffee, my dog greeting me with his wiggle butt, diffusing peppermint oil, and my morning meditation time. Just having these few moments to just be before my day gets busy. Focusing my attention on what brings me joy, infuses my spirit with positive energy and brings a smile to my face. My intention for today will be to focus on finding joy in every moment of my day. May your day be filled with many moments of joy.
