Less is more
This morning I woke up feeling very tired wondering how am I going to make it through this day as my to-do list is swirling around in my mind. Taking a few deep cleansing breaths, listening to Dr.Liz’s soothing voice giving me permission to remove something off of my list to create more space in my day, I feel my body begin to relax.I am smiling with a renewed belief that I can make it through my day. When my mind starts to swirl again, I will recite “I only have time and space for things that are meant for me “. And, “less is more.” Thank you so much Dr.Liz for creating this session. It was exactly what I needed this morning. I will listen to this often. 🤗❤️🙏
