Noticing /“witnessing” felt releasing
This meditation helped me to sit with some difficult emotions today and not judge them. Noticing where in my body i feel the emotion was helpful too as it helped to release the emotional pain & panic I was feeling or at least decrease the intensity of the feelings. Thank you
