Morning back flow
This morning I woke up with a lot of tension in my low back and hips. i went straight to Dakotaโ€™s page because he has the perfect 10 min flows for me to start my day with l. I choose the spinal flow as it fit my needs perfectly. The session felt so good and therapeutic for my low back, I felt relaxed and more at ease in my body after just 10 minutes.
