What I feel
I felt like if I can do anything I can also feel very comfortable,good ,and relaxed it felt amazing to connect with nature it really calmed me and really relaxed my brain it was amazing I can't even tell how I feel but all I can tell you is that I very much am relaxed and happy

Walk In The Woods
Visualizing walk through a lush green forest on a beautiful Spring day seeing the sun peak through the trees, I look up at the clear blue sky and inhale deeply. The crisp fresh air along with the scent of the Pine trees fills my spirit with calmness and happiness. I am grateful for the beautiful gifts nature is offering to me such as renewing my spirit.

I enjoyed the descriptions but the narration seemed in conflict withe quickness of the foot steps for me

Nice effort
As one who has spent time in the forests of Alaska, we should have experienced the sound if the tress flowing in the wind, the sunlight shining through the canopy above, the avian chorus in the trees, and our neighbors as they scatter on the ground. The footprints were unnatural and distracting. Better next time? Yes?

This wanted me to walk in nature so bad! Sound effects really help with staying in mindfulness 💖

I liked this, but more nature sounds souls have made it perfect! Still, it’s nice to start the day with a stroll through the forest.
