Journey

This visualization and meditation session was unique and fun! I enjoyed observing every part of the world. Life has so much to offer, and though it may seem like those offers are heavy or a burden, we must remember to live. To remind ourselves that it is apart of life, and that this is life, right before our eyes. Keep flying! 🙌

Floating

I felt light as a feather as I visualized myself high above the clouds. The warmth of the sun was upon me and the wind was in my hair. The breathing and relaxation in the beginning helped me ground myself and relax each body part
