Second time

I have reported abuse twice in my life. The first time was less than ideal. The place that supported and loved me the 1st time ended up influencing my career choice. I am forever grateful for the path I picked. This time, I have experienced full fledged community support. It warms my heart. This is the world I want my daughter to know. So thank you for loving us. Thank you for protecting us. Thank you for being our hope.

My bidy
My mind wandered off here but it's on the same lines as this session so it's okay - I was thinking about my body and how special it is for keeping me alive and how I want it to continue to do that the best it can. I want to keep it healthy and happy so it can work for me, and this sort of thinking has made me appreciate my body so much more lately. So I guess my gratitude shined through in this way!

“Feeling” the inner when you literally may not be
Even if I may not feel the details of the inner body, by “feeling” them in my mind made me more relaxed and calmer. I was really deeply observing what’s happening in me. Meditation so far has come easy to me and have no trouble with distracted thoughts. :)

Through being strong , I will learn to be grateful for waking up,so that I can do life without anyone but myself. Doing it all by myself after 25. Years is not easy. But I can do it.

If, in meditation, or in a any given moment, I want to be fully present, I will invoke feelings of gratitude. It is the happiest emotion available to my human mind!

This meditation surprised but, also delighted me. Where would any of us be without the miracle of our bodies. Each body part has a function and they do everything without us needing to do anything. I felt so much gratitude and love for my body. It is a great way to start my day! Good day everyone!
