Day 4 on a journey to self love
Yesterday I did something for myself and experienced a successful moment for the first time in what feels like months. Last night was a real low point in my depression. It was triggered when I put myself out there to my so and sought validation that didn't come. This morning I reflected on what it means to enjoy my life in the moment and to take control of all my moments. I pray that I make it through this.

I sat here, amidst my life’s stress, echoes of the tv from the other room where my wife is, Cat meowing at me, and air conditioner running. In this moment I have everything and do not need a single thing. I just need to find this place again tomorrow...
