Just gently touching the skin on my face and neck, feeling my clean hair and the skin on my warm hands is something that I donโ€™t normally do. I did it tonight and it felt like I had reintroduced myself to me. A great feeling. Thank you, Irene. Namaste. ๐Ÿ™

windshield wipers
the cars on the highway up ahead dipped down and then slowly up the rise, disappearing into a grey mist of slipstream tires hissed with moisture fat raindrops pelted our metal roof strong wind gusts tried to blow us sideways 10 and 2 knuckles white gripping worn leather old eyes intently focused on the shrouded ribbon ahead but our wipers worked perfectly we took our time stayed in the slow lane and made steady progress when the worst of the storm had passed I thought back to when I was a little boy riding in my motherโ€™s VW bug. It would be considered an absolute classic today but back then it was a terror in a storm. So light the wind would move it sideways and the windshield wipers were so inefficient that we always had to pull over during heavy rains because it was impossible to see...

Calmness ๐Ÿ’™
This was the meditation I needed after trying 3 other meditation sessions that I couldnโ€™t finish because of the instructors voiced or I just didnโ€™t make the connection. I needed something very calming and soothing, peaceful and comforting. I can always count on Ireneโ€™s meditations for this. I feel calmness but I still feel a little down and donโ€™t feel like smiling. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’™

So soft, so gentle
This was a very unusual experience. My mind wanders terribly but the act of touching my skin brought my mind into focus and calmed me. This left me feeling very soothed.
