Breathing out fear
Iโm glad I have learned how to deal with fear through meditation and staying focused through belly breathing and counting breaths. Serious fear, such as panic attackโs are infrequent and usually only happens to me in extremely stressful times at work. Theyโre not as bad as they were when I was younger. After 6 months of practicing deep breathing Iโm getting better at reducing the severity or preventing them altogether. Thanks Irene ๐๐
