Breathing out fear
Iโ€™m glad I have learned how to deal with fear through meditation and staying focused through belly breathing and counting breaths. Serious fear, such as panic attackโ€™s are infrequent and usually only happens to me in extremely stressful times at work. Theyโ€™re not as bad as they were when I was younger. After 6 months of practicing deep breathing Iโ€™m getting better at reducing the severity or preventing them altogether. Thanks Irene ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’™

The simplest act of deep breathing is the most important thing I can do to deal with daily stress, anxiety or whatever comes my way. ๐Ÿ™ Namaste

Irene does it again! She offers a simple solution to fear. In the beginning she talks about fear. I easily related, allowing my fear and concerns about a situation to bubble to the surface. Irene then artfully transitions to a focus on the breath. By, the end of the 7 minute meditation my fear was calmed. In fact, as I write this I cannot even dredge up a feeling of fear. Thank you,Irene, for the reminder to stay focused on the present by using our breath as our anchor. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’•
