Desensitization ๐Ÿ’ฅ
Using exposure therapy to desensitize yourself to triggers that cause anxiety. Wow. Talk about a lot to learn! Excellent lesson. It can very easily be applied to my life while adhering to the necessary steps discussed. It made me realize that I have done similar things to avoid anxiety triggers in the past. However, this session starts at the root of the trigger and gives you the tools you will need to work towards feeling safe and empowered. ๐Ÿ™‚
