Double-edged sword
When we meditate we breathe slowly and calmly to calm ourselves down and bring us closer to ourselves and our spirit. But let's not forget that breath can be a double edged sword. We forget that short, quick and rapid breathing can raise blood pressure and causing anxiety. And sometimes when we're anxious we're breathing like that without realizing it. It's important to seeing all the kinds of breathing we do and how it affects us
