When we feel anxious, under stress, or in pain, our breath can speed up, which is the opposite of what we want. This simple practice can be done sitting or lying to support releasing stress, anxiety, or pain through conscious breathing, specifically, exhaling. It's also a great practice to do before bed or as an appetizer before meditation while being meditative and deep as it is.

I felt my mind quieting down. My thouths stoped razing and I felt a relif after every exhale.
I learned that these moments are good for me and that I should practice them regularly.

Deep Exhalation
Exhaling for more time than inhaling in a controlled way felt very meditative. I can’t seem to remember if I had thoughts during this practice, other than focusing on the technique and wondering how long I will do it for. I like that this strategy exists to help counter hyperventilating as well.

Breathing Exercices.
That they help me to relax. I tried to keep my mind on my breath so it's not all over the place. To feel even better I need to continue.
