Fear and excitement
This meditation taught me that there are lessons to be learned by pursuing things that either scare or excite me. It also informed me then once I stop feeling fear or excitement from activities, when is it time to MoveOn two other pursuits. Once I have stopped feeling excitement or fear, I have learned although my friends from a particular situation and need to MoveOn to environments where I am more challenged.
