Good morning โ
Great morning meditation. I found it relaxing and calming. My mind is clear. My intention is simple. I will have another great day. I've begun to correct myself when I notice myself judging, or veering off in the wrong direction. That has been helping a lot. Retraining my brain. As soon as I drift from mindfulness, I make mistakes. Some are simple, but I have a better understanding of how important being mindful is in all areas of my life. Being mindful as I go about my day like this is so rewarding. Sometimes slowing down helps also. I'm able to savor a moment of joy, food, connection with the divine, tasks, self-love, gratitude, peace, nature, and happiness. The list goes on... Feeling myself evolving is priceless. On the days when I'm unable to work at all I've learned, I've found that I'm practicing it all throughout my day. Sometimes I don't even notice. It's becoming automatic. I visualize a stop sign sometimes when I notice an unhelpful thought and keep going. I take a deep breath or two or ground myself as I go along when I need to. I'm living it all now. I still have much to learn and more work to do. I'm inspired daily by the world around me. The rewards are endless. I'm forever thankful.
