Though we may forget, we may want a materialistic item or a seemingly intangible item, or maybe a situation doesn't go the way we want it to, you don't get what you want. Let's remember that everything is in divine timing and we're not lacking anything we don't already need. We have everything, we have the world ๐ŸŒŽ

I have all that I need and am perfect just the way I am. With this in mind...hurts, anxieties, wants vs needs are more easily accepted. This meditation was exactly what I needed this morning. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป.

Difficult
This one was tough. I'm a pretty anxious, tightly wound person who's all about improvement. I tend to highlight my flaws. The concepts introduced in this meditation were the exact opposite of what I do/think throughout the day. I appreciate this meditation because it helped highlight my thought patterns and negative self talk. Hopefully next time I do this one, it is with more ease.

After this many days of meditating in a row the experience is deeper and connecting with the entirety of the breath is more natural

Focus on the Good
I have trouble focusing on what I have. I have so much but it's hard for me to acknowledge that when my negative thoughts and feelings cloud my mind. Finding things to be thankful everyday is an important step for me to manage my mental health.
